Returns + Exchanges
We love the jewelry we make and we want you to love it too. If you’re truly unhappy with your order, or in the unlikely event that you received an item that has been damaged during shipping let us know within 7 days of receiving your jewelry. We will work with you to coordinate an exchange or a refund. Please note that you will be responsible for shipping fees. Sale or custom items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned. Items must be unused, unworn and in original condition if returned. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions stated above. In the event of a return, you will be credited in full, minus the cost of initial shipping, once the piece has arrived at our studio.
